WF city council passes bid for Wastewater Collection renovation

WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) - Wichita Falls City Council passed a resolution Tuesday to bid a contract out to a company for a $934,000 project to renovate the Wastewater Collections Office and Equipment Storage Facility.

This comes after the city spent $114,000 on the design process.

Total cost is expected to be just over $1 million.

Director of Public Works Russell Schreiber said the building renovation is needed because it's falling apart and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
