WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

Fifteen Texoma soccer players earned All-State or All-Region honors Wednesday, as released by the Texas Association of Soccer Coaches, or TASCO.

Eight boys and seven girls took the honors with eight from Rider and the other seven representing Wichita Falls High School.

Rider senior defender Emma Baley, who signed Tuesday to play for Midwestern State, was the lone first-team All-State player from the area.

Three of her teammates joined her as second-team players while Old High's Janae Sanchez earned honorable mention All-State, joined by two teammates on the All-Region I-5A team.

For the boys, three Rider Raiders made 2nd-team All-State: goalkeeper Zack Majewski, defender Spencer Bristo and forward Blake Beasley.
