WF woman arrested following toddler's treatment for burn injuries

WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) -

A Wichita Falls woman is behind bars following a call to the emergency room at United Regional on Sunday evening. 

According to WFPD, around 5:24 p.m. officers were dispatched to the hospital where a toddler was being treated for burn injuries. 

The 2-year-old was treated, however, an update on her condition is unknown at this time. No arrests were made that night but an investigation was ongoing. 

On Thursday afternoon, Lettie Mae Fisher, 41, was arrested in the 1600 block of Tilden Street for Injury to a Child in connection with this incident. 

Fisher remains in the Wichita Co. Jail and as of Friday at 11 a.m. no bond had been set.
