Almost every high temperature in the seven day forecast is nearly ten degrees above normal for this time of the year. Our week begins with 90 degree heat, our first taste of the 90s since mid April. Today's highs will be in the low 90s for Lawton and Wichita Falls, mid to upper 90s for our western towns.
A few weak disturbances will push our way from the Rockies increasing our clouds Tuesday and bringing a chance of a stray thunderstorm both Tuesday and Tuesday night. Most of us will miss out on rain. Overall, rain chances this week look slim.
Both wind and humidity are expected to increase in the second half of the work week. The coming weekend looks hot and windy.
