WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) - Cinco De Mayo came early at Zundy Elementary School Friday.
Enchiladas were served up with kids dressed for the occasion.
Students spent the afternoon working on pinatas filling them with candy and decorating them.
"I love my kids and every time they smile I smile," said Jessica Rivers, a bilingual Kindergarten teacher. "Everything I do in the class room is because I love them, and I want them to be happy and enjoy and understand why we are celebrating."
