WF woman accused of stealing $113 worth of lipsticks

WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) -

A Wichita Falls woman was arrested on Monday evening for theft.

According to police, around 5:31 p.m. officers were dispatched to a business in the 4500 block of Kell Blvd. W in reference to a theft.

Loss prevention officials had detained Mikee Jimelle Phillips, 32.

The loss prevention employees told officers they saw Phillips place 15 Revlon and Maybelline brand lipsticks into her purse and walking past all points of sale before being detained.

The stolen merchandise was valued at $113.60. Phillips was arrested and booked into the Wichita Co. Jail. A records check showed two previous convictions for theft from 2007 and 2012.
