Today's weather will be no different from yesterday, which by the way was our hottest of the year so far (95 degrees). Skies will be sunny and southeast will keep humidity high. Highs will be in the mid 90s through Wednesday. Then, we'll see winds become more westerly, which will lower humidity allowing temperatures to get even hotter.
Confidence is growing that we'll get our first taste of one hundred degree heat by Thursday and probably Friday. Right now, our forecast highs are from 100 to 103. However, the European model suggests high temps closer to 110, which happens to be the record high for Friday. We're expecting triple digit heat Saturday as well.
