The only difference between today and yesterday is a slight chance of thunderstorms this evening. Otherwise it will be sunny and hot with highs in the low and mid 90s. Today is one of those late spring days when rain chances are less than twenty percent, but if we do see storms they will likely be severe, producing large hail and damaging winds. Today's chance of storms comes 4 to 9pm.
Breezy and hot is the best way to describe our weather to finish out the month. The biggest challenge in the forecast is just how hot temperatures will get. The best chance for triple digit highs looks to be Thursday through Saturday. Some models suggest highs from 106 to 110. Our forecast highs are 100 to 103. It looks like cooler, more normal temperatures may return Sunday.
