Organizers prepare for Food Truck Championship in Graham

GRAHAM, Tx (RNN Texoma) -

Organizers of the Food Truck Championship in Graham spent the day Friday setting up for the big event.

Tables and chairs were being set up while the rest of the square stayed open for a shop local late event.

The food trucks were already started to arrive Friday.

A record 52 trucks will be at the championship this year.

"We love showing off our community any chance we get so its a fun event fun for our community, fun for our economy, so we hope everybody comes out and enjoys and has a great time," said Krisa Delacruz with the Graham Chamber of Commerce.

The event kicks off Saturday with the Possum Pedal 5K.

The championship will begin at 11 a.m. and run until 5 p.m.
