WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) - A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Matthew Liggins, 28, of Abilene on April 17, 2018, in Wichita Falls.
According to the arrest warrant, following the arrest of the alleged shooter, Eric Lee II, detectives listened to a call between Lee and a woman who stated she knew "Precious" was with Lee at the time of the incident and he needed to tell his lawyer that information.
A Crime Stoppers tip to the WFPD named Precious Tillery as the second suspect involved in this shooting, according to the arrest warrant.
On May 31, 2018, a witness, that was in the vehicle at the time Liggins was shot, was reinterviewed by detectives. During the interview, she was shown a photo lineup with a photo of Tillery, 19, and five other women with similar features.
