Funeral for WFFD Firefighter set for Friday

    The Wichita Falls Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of their own Saturday.

WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) -

Funeral arrangements for a Wichita Falls Firefighter are set for this Friday. 

Services for James Hawkins will be held in Graham at the Oasis of Grace Church at 11 a.m.

Hawkins joined the WFFD in August 2003 as a recruit. He graduated from the fire academy in February 2004. 

Hawkins was promoted to Fire Equipment Operator in October 2014.

A viewing will be held on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home in Graham.
