We get another hot day today, also a windier day than yesterday. Highs will be in the mid 90s. Thursday, also windy with summer heat hanging on. Big changes comes Thursday night into Friday as a surge of tropical moisture moves in from Mexico and a cold front surges south from Kansas. The result is very good rain chances through the day Friday, including during high school football games. Parts of Texoma will see heavy rain and accumulations of over an inch. Fair rain chances stay through Saturday, then fall back to the slight category Saturday night into Sunday.
Temperatures are forecast to jump again to between 85 to 90 early next week, before a cold front brings rain and cooler temps Wednesday or Thursday.
