WICHITA FALLS, TX (TNN) - Clouds are back after a sunny Wednesday. We could see some stray showers today, but most of us will wait until Friday for rain. Temperatures will be in the 40s most of today with a south breeze. As we’ve said all week, rain looks promising Friday. We have lowered our forecast rain accumulations a bit. Looks like most of Texoma will land less than an inch of rain.
Most of the rain will move out late Friday night, after midnight. Saturday will be chilly thanks to clouds and north winds. Temperatures will be in the 40s all day. We’ll see a little more sunshine Sunday but it won’t be any warmer with highs only in the mid and upper 40s. High temps climb above normal early next week.
