Kizart guided Midwestern State to a weekend sweep of 14th-ranked West Texas A&M and Eastern New Mexico, averaging 17.0 points per game on 43.5 percent shooting, including a 40.0 percent clip from beyond the arc. The senior averaged 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.5 steals. Kizart logged her third-straight game with at least 15 points in the win over the No. 14 Lady Buffs. She shot 5-of-9 from the floor, going 2-for-3 from downtown, to finish with 15 points in the upset. Kizart handed out four assists and pulled down four rebounds. In Saturday's win over the Greyhounds, the St. Paul, Minn., native scored a career-best 19, hitting 7-of-8 from the charity stripe and burying a pair of 3-pointers. She again distributed four assists, eclipsing 100 in her career. Kizart moved into a tie with Hannah Reynolds as the team's leading scorer and sits 19th in the LSC scoring race.

Reynolds helped Midwestern State to a 2-0 week with wins over No. 14 West Texas A&M and Eastern New Mexico by averaging 9.5 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 blocks in the 2-0 week. Reynolds anchored a defensive unit that forced No. 14 West Texas A&M into a season-high 24 turnovers and season-low 61 points. The Prosper native put up eight points, grabbed three rebounds and recorded a block for the 14th-consecutive game. Reynolds notched her third double-double in the last six games and matched a career-best 13 rebounds in the win over the Greyhounds. The star sophomore poured in 11 points and pulled down 10 defensive rebounds while handing out three assists and rejecting two shots. Reynolds leads the LSC in blocks per game with 2.5.
