WICHITA FALLS, TX (TNN) - Yesterday’s rain maker has moved well east and, now we’re enjoying a great combination of west winds and mostly sunny skies. This afternoon will be warmer than Tuesday by over 20 degrees. With a south breeze tomorrow, highs will be near 60.
Our next potential rain maker is gathering strength over the west coast, bringing our next chance of rain as early as Friday and remaining in the forecast through Saturday morning. Our weather won’t be as cold this weekend as it was yesterday, therefore we’re expecting only rain. Saturday’s weather begins with a chance of morning rain but then winds will become strong out of the west, quickly bringing an end to rain and helping to drive afternoon temperatures to the 60s.
