WICHITA FALLS, TX (TNN) - Midwestern State University is hosting an event this week to focus on the fight to end sexual assault, domestic violence and more.
The event is called Take Back the Night and is taking place on Wednesday at Sikes Lake. The evening program is dedicated to creating a safe community and respectful relationships through awareness.
The event will include a run, yoga, and meditation. There will also be opportunities for survivors to share their stories.
All of the activities are intended to help with healing, reflection, and support for students, faculty and staff. The event is set to begin at 8 p.m. For more information, click here.
