WICHITA FALLS, TX (TNN) - After a chilly morning, this afternoon will be pretty nice with scattered clouds and temperatures in the low 60s. Rain, including a few thunderstorms, will move into the area tonight. Storms will find our western counties first and spread east after midnight. Severe storms are not expected but torrential rain is likely toward sunrise
Good rain chances stay with us through Saturday morning. The forecast for Saturday is bad in at least three ways: good rain chances, cold temperatures and strong winds. Wind chills will be in the upper 30s through Saturday morning. Rain moves out Saturday night and Sunday bring improved weather with limited sunshine and highs in the mid and upper 60s. We’re back to warm weather Monday and Tuesday with highs near 80.
