WICHITA FALLS, TX (TNN) - Friday will be a touch more cloudy than yesterday. We could even see a stray shower but overall it will be a pleasant day with light winds and highs in the 70s. Saturday will be quite a bit warmer thanks to gusty southwest winds. Highs will be in the low and mid 80s. A cold front will sag into north Texas Saturday evening bringing a chance of isolated thunderstorms. The chances of rain are slim Saturday but storms could be strong.
Slight rain chances remain in the forecast for Sunday and Monday when highs will be near 80. Rain chances really ramp up midweek when widely scattered thunderstorms are expected in Texas and Oklahoma. The ingredients for severe thunderstorms are forecast as well.
