BOTTOM LINE: No. 1 Baylor goes for its sixth straight win over ranked opponents against No. 14 West Virginia . Baylor's last loss vs a ranked opponent came against the then-No. 4 Gonzaga Bulldogs 83-71 on March 23, 2019. West Virginia came up short in a 58-49 game at home to Kansas on Wednesday.
STEPPING UP: The Mountaineers are led by Oscar Tshiebwe and Derek Culver. Tshiebwe is averaging 11.6 points and 9.1 rebounds while Culver is putting up 10.6 points and 8.8 rebounds per game. The Bears have been led by MaCio Teague and Jared Butler, who have combined to score 29.4 points per outing.
