WICHITA FALLS, Texas (TNN) - The Wichita Falls Police Department reports they have given out 40 total shelter-in-place citations as of Tuesday.
WF police also announced the first shelter-in-place arrest that was made on Monday.
The suspect, Ruben Loa, is being charged with resisting arrest and for violating the shelter-in-place order.
Loa’s total bond is set at $2,895 and he remains in the Wichita County Jail.
