WICHITA FALLS, Texas (TNN) - The Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District confirmed 5 new COVID-19 cases in Wichita County on Friday.

There are now a total of 425 cases in Wichita County.

There have been 92 total recoveries, 9,273 negative tests and 2 deaths.

There are currently 313 patients recovering at home and 18 in the hospital. Eight of the hospitalized patients are in critical condition.


There are 5 new cases to report today with 18 hospitalizations. A new graph has been added on the City of Wichita Falls Facebook page that lists the breakdown of active cases per City within Wichita County. The next update will be Monday, July 6.
