WICHITA FALLS, Texas (TNN) - James Staley III bonded out of the Wichita County Jail on Monday, according to the County Jail roster.
Staley was in the Wichita County Jail on two charges of murder.
The capital murder charge bond was set at $1 million and the bond for felony murder was set at $200,000.
The conditions of his bond required Staley to surrender his passport to the Wichita County Sheriff’s Office when he bonded out.
Papers were filed for additional bond conditions on Oct. 30, including the condition that Staley wear an ankle monitor.
A bond hearing has been scheduled for Staley on Nov. 5.
