CLAY COUNTY, Texas (TNN) - The Clay County Memorial Hospital is compiling a list of residents who want to take the Moderna Vaccine.
As the vaccine becomes available to the public, hospital officials will call and set up an appointment. Residents will need to drive through the CCMH east parking lot where the ambulances are kept.
Clay County Judge Mike Campbell says the vaccination is free to Clay County residents. Hospital staff will ask for your date of birth, primary physician, phone number and address.
If you would like to be added to the waitlist, call (940) 538-5621 and use extension 131.
The vaccine is currently being distributed through phases 1A and 1B. Phase 1A consists of hospital, long-term care, EMS 911, home health, outpatient, ER/Urgent Care, pharmacies, last responders, school nurses and long-term care residents.
Phase 1B consists on people 65+ or people 16+ with at least one chronic medical condition, including pregnancy.
