Texas DPS investigating fatal crash near Kamay

KAMAY, Texas (TNN) - Texas DPS is investigating a fatal crash near Kamay.

At approximately 5:00 p.m, Archer County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a four-wheeler crash involving two passengers. The driver, a male, was pronounced dead on scene. The other passenger, a female, was transported to United Regional in Wichita Falls with serious injuries.

Sergeant Dan Buesing, the Texas DPS PIO, said the four-wheeler was traveling across a bridge when it lost control and rolled into a ditch.

Texas DPS is not releasing names at this time.
