WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Connected Nation is the organization that is helping Wichita County improve its broadband services.

Although they said they have over a thousand surveys filled out, it’s mostly from businesses. Now, the company needs residents to step up to help them meet their goal of 5,000 surveys.

“You have more residents than you have police officers. You have more residents than you have educators and so the important thing for us is to know how moms and dads and parents and every average Joe is using the internet because that’s really important to us and we start to use that action plan,” said Sierra Sees, Solutions Manager for Connect Nation.

Sees said the survey will be up until next month and if they have to push the date back, she’s fine with doing that as long as they reach their goal.

Residents and businesses are encouraged to participate in the brief survey by clicking here.
