WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - Wichita Falls police arrested a man they said they are very familiar with on Tuesday following a theft call.

Officers said Joshua Daniel Little, 39, went into the United Supermarket on Jacksboro Highway and stole a burrito from an oven.

When he left the scene police saw him riding a bike in the area.

As officers questioned him about the theft they said Little got upset because he could not believe the grocery story was going to prosecute him for stealing a $2.00 burrito.

Police said while Little was putting his hands on the hood of the police vehicle to be searched he pulled out a drug pipe and put it on the officer's car.

Little was arrested and charged with Theft with 2 or More Previous Convictions. As of Wednesday morning, he was no longer in the Wichita County Jail.
