CONWAY, Tx (KAUZ) - Texas DPS troopers made another large drug bust in Carson County last Friday.

According to DPS, a trooper pulled over a vehicle traveling east on I-40 outside of Conway. During the course of the stop, troopers found multiple packages of marijuana inside the rear cargo area.

In total, troopers say the drugs are valued at nearly $2 million.

Shannon Perry, a 33-year-old resident of California, was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana. Officials say the drugs were allegedly being taken from California to Oklahoma.
