WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - On Saturday, hundreds of kids will become the boss for a day.

The streets of Wichita Falls will be filled with lemonade stands ran by future business leaders, like Kaegan Donachricha and Hannah Pinkstaff.

Just like many in Wichita Falls, their dream is to start and operate their very own business, and Lemonade Day is letting them do just that this weekend.

However, it's not just lemonade that you will see. For this group of girls, they will also be selling slime, and that's how they came up with their group name, Sip N Slime.

With just a few days left, Hannah, Kaegan, and her little sister have been working on their lemonade stand and making slime.

Along the way, they say they've learned how important it is to work as a team.

"Some people can do the lemonade and some people can do the slime since there is going to be three," Hannah said.

Lauren McKechnie, a Lemonade Day sponsor, said the program teaches kids many lessons like setting goals.

"Picking a good location that is going to be really busy on a Saturday so that they will have a lot of people come in the door," McKechnie said. "How are they going to price the lemonade? What do their supplies cost versus what are they going to price that [lemonade] so they can actually make a profit."

Since location plays a big part, the Sip N Slime stand will be outside Frank & Joe's.

"It's kind of like a popular place," Hannah said. "Its a really good place to sell your stuff at."

Part of the program also teaches how to make spending decisions, and for this group of girls, the plan is not to spend all of the money earned on themselves but to donate part of it to CASA of Red River, a nonprofit in Wichita Falls.

The girls plan to be at the coffee shop from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. For a map filled with lemonade stand locations, click here.
