IOWA PARK, TX (KAUZ) - The Iowa Park Lady Hawks come into 2018 with some new energy. The Lady Hawks will be lead by Emily Gravitt this season and
with a new coach means new possibilities for the players.
"A new coach means new beginnings and I think that's really great," explained Junior Madeline Stanford. "She is really good about bringing us together as a team, and I think that's awesome. So I really feel like our chemistry will really be good."
"Since she doesn't know anyone everyone kind of has like a new start, said sophomore Justi Rusk. "And they get to just be them and they don't have to

out and playing well together."
Coach Gravitt isn't new to Texoma two years ago she was the head coach at Petrolia. And she believes with her exprience and
years of coaching she can bring a winning tradition to Iowa Park volleyball.
"Coming together as a team and being able to just play. Last season we didn't really get to go very far into the playoffs," Stanford said.
"So I'm really looking forward to hopefully getting some gold balls this season."
"I've been coaching a long time 15 years or so," said Graviit. "And so I have a lot of experience with dealing with girls and how to help
them work, learn together, grow together. So I've just brought all that experience here to help these girls do the same
