Wetter N’Hell Hundred Rubber Duck Race Is Partnering with Local Non-Profit Organizations

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - The Wetter N’Hell Hundred Rubber Duck Race fundraiser is already underway, and thirty nonprofits are set to benefit from community donations.

The Wichita Falls Southwest Rotary Club will be providing the non-profits with funds in their mission of supporting the community.

Nonprofits of every kind, from American Legion to Zavala, can benefit from your duck in the race.

The president of the Wichita Falls Southwest Rotary Club said that through all the organizations coming together, this fun event will make a direct impact on people’s lives.

“What it means is that we’re going to all work together to build a better Wichita Falls, and that’s the goal is to help out in a number of different capacities so that our impact is spread among different sectors of the community who are all going to benefit.”

The race is on September 6th at Castaway Cove, and cash prizes will be divided between the winner and a nonprofit organization.
