Another cold front arrives this evening

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Good morning, Texoma!

We are off to a chilly start this morning with temperatures mostly in the upper-40s to low-50s. Be sure to grab a jacket as you are heading out the door.

We had some really nice weather yesterday! In case you missed out, we are expecting similar conditions today. Afternoon highs should top out in the low-70s across all of the area. Skies will be mostly sunny.

As we head into the evening hours, we are expecting a cold front to arrive. This front will bring in some breezy conditions and some cloud coverage during the later evening hours. A very light, stray shower could pop up. Behind this front, cooler weather will blanket Texoma through the weekend. High temperatures from Friday through the weekend will only be in the low-to-upper-60s. Overnight temperatures will get as low as the upper-30s. With that being said, we’re expecting cool weather for the weekend with mostly cloudy skies in the chance for a light shower on Saturday.
