Apache Casino Hotel launches 3rd annual Apache Giving Tree holiday gift campaign

LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) - The Apache Casino Hotel is launching its 3rd Annual Apache Giving Tree holiday gift campaign Friday.

Themed “Crafting Miracles to Bring Joy,” the campaign is seeking to bring folks together and help children in the community who are in need of a gift for the holiday season, with hopes to give 400 gifts to local children this year.

The casino’s event center manager tells what will be taking place.

“We’re inviting the community to come out, color, have hot chocolate, have cookies, and enjoy the spirit of the season; we’ll even have a storyteller here who’ll be reading books from 6:00 to 7:00p.m.,” Holly Fields said. So, we encourage everyone to come out and be a part of our Apache Giving Tree.”

The event will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the casino’s Event Center lobby.

Applications are being accepted from families with kids ages 16 and younger until Nov. 20, with all donated gifts due no later than the end of the day Dec. 11.
